The brief was simple for this family with 4 busy kids and a desire to get the most from their fantastic coastal position. Steve took this property from a dated 1970's home to a relaxed 5 bedroom plus study home with a emphasis on relaxed coastal living.  A soaring main ceiling in the large family/kitchen/dining area provides endless light via huge highlight windows opening onto the yard.  The project included installation of the pool, the outdoor dining area and a full re design of the interior layout to produce a more free flowing and family friendly home.  The result is a home that accommodates the growing family and provides endless entertaining space and relaxed open plan living.
