This was a challenging construction project for Urban Living Constructions due to the slope and aspect of the site.  The existing cottage was demolished with extensive excavation works carried out on the block.  A brand new two storey architecturally designed home was constructed to take advantage of the incredible water views of Burraneer Bay afforded from almost every room in the house.  Landscaping and pool completed this remarkable family home.

Construction was completed in approximately 14 months. The owners were very happy with their new home.
