When the owners of this home were looking to renovate their current 1980's built home we worked closely with them and the architect to achieve a light and bright open plan living that would be an entertainers dream. 

 

The renovation involved removing redundant windows and walls to transform the space into a large free flowing open plan lounge dining space, incorporating a beaufitully appointed kitchen with state of the art appliances and a functional and light filled butlers pantry.  To top it off the owners decided to re roof the property with spectacular results totally modernising the look and feel of the exterior of the home.   

 

An outdoor dining space complete with beer tap, fridge and gourmet bbq area where family can gather summer and winter with drop down blinds and overhead heaters installed meaning that they can enjoy the space all year round.
