This project was a development site for our regular clients. The construction of the two storey duplex, which consisted of 4 bedroom dwellings on each side. Urban Living Constructions completed the construction, fit-out and the finishing down to the last details, including in-ground pools in both properties, landscaping and custom made cabinetry. Upon completion, the property was placed on the market with a successful sale for our clients - achieving a record in that street for a duplex property.
