The client approached us to complete a makeover of a bar/restaurant located in Bondi, Sydney's busy Eastern Suburbs.

Working in with the clients designer we worked together to achieve a complete new feel,  while working within the confines and guidelines of council's DA and specialty certifiers. We co-ordinated and completed the build within a short 5 week period and ensured all finishes met with the certifiers and councils DA, Fire and mechanical requirements.

Large scale air conditioning ducting and kitchen exhaust works were carried out as well as the installation of a new bar area, designed by a specialty drinks company complete with custom stainless bar, ice wells and coffee machine station, all built to house kegs and custom underbench refrigeration.

The main centre piece of the bar was the custom copper and Oak bar shelving, this was designed and engineered off site and installed by our team on site.

Urban living Constructions completed the fit out by providing furniture custom made by our joiners, and made to ordered mirrored paneling and fixed shelving and seating.
